Replyflow Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026. Replyflow (formerly Replyflow) is operated by inecreative.

What we collect

• Social accounts (TikTok, Instagram): basic profile (name, avatar, account ID), your own posts/videos, and the public comments on them (comment text and commenter handle) so we can reply and send the DM you configured.
• Shopify stores: shop domain, products, inventory levels, store policies, and discount codes created by Replyflow. For ROI attribution we store the Shopify order ID, the Replyflow discount code used, and the order amount. We do not store customer names, emails, addresses or payment data.
• Checkout funnel (Web Pixel): anonymous counts of product views, add-to-cart, checkout started and completed, and whether a Replyflow code was applied. No customer identifiers are sent. The pixel respects Shopify's customer privacy (analytics consent).

How we use it

Only to run the automations you configure (keyword/AI replies, DMs, coupons, out-of-stock guard) and to show your analytics. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. AI replies are generated by Google Gemini on comment text only. Data is hosted on Render (US).

Retention and deletion

Access tokens are stored encrypted and deleted when you disconnect or uninstall. When a Shopify store uninstalls Replyflow, all store data is deleted when Shopify sends the shop/redact request (48 hours after uninstall). Customer data requests and erasure requests from Shopify (customers/data_request, customers/redact) are processed automatically.
